GHI has two cnc milling stations one is the Fadal VMC 4020 which is capable of cutting at speeds from .01-400 ipm with a tool rotation speed of 10,000 rpm. The VMC is accurate to .0002" cutting on any metal due to its wide power range making it very flexable. Moving 900 ipm in between parts greatly reduces part cycle time. It has 21 tool stations able to hold tools up 3" in diameter, and has a table size of 48" by 20".

HAAS VF-0

The Haas is the second milling station at GHI which has a 40" by 16" table with 20 tool stations. It is equipped with a vector dual drive system to make it very efficent.
